I like but I don't like Gaddafi. The West should not intervene in African affairs. African culture is . . . . Blah blah blah blah blah blah . . . . I need Western aid. . . . Blah blah blah blah blah blah . . . I am better than Gaddafi; have only been president since 1986; he has been president since 1969. Blah blah blah blah blah blah . . . Foreign Policy.

I feel like the paragraph that explains how "Black people are always polite," grows into a contradiction. When Museveni says "We tried to politely point out to Qaddafi that continental governance was difficult in the short and medium term. We should, instead, aim at the Economic Community of Africa and, where possible, also aim at Regional Federations." appears the same as what he accused non-African cultures of, as in talking to a "mature person" as if they are a "kindergarten child."
On another note, I feel like Museveni is trying to prove him self by insisting that he has been, I will use the word, corrupt for less years that Gaddafi. Therefore, Museveni sees hope for himself as a better leader, possibly.
But, remember, Museveni still likes Gaddafi...
