It's Brain Circulation; Not Brain Drain

A Ghanaian economist at New York University, Yaw Nyarko, argues that rather than talking of brain drain, we should instead talk of brain circulation. Educated Africans who leave the continent for greener pastures abroad are not just robbing the continent of valuable talents; they, in turn, give back to Africa in ways that contribute to the growth and well being of the people there.
